The Festival does not charge participants for accessing the platform, registering, submitting entries, or opportunities made available through the platform unless specifically mentioned for any special certification or third-party event.

Each registered account may submit up to two (2) projects during the festival submission window.

Projects cannot be edited or deleted after submission. Participants are strongly encouraged to review all submission details carefully before confirming. The platform and its organizers shall not be held responsible for errors in submissions made by participants.

Participants are encouraged to independently verify the quality, credibility, and relevance of any third-party learning content, programmes, or tools referenced in their submissions.

The platform may also reference externally hosted resources including courses, webinars, and innovation challenges from partner organizations. India AI Impact Festival 2026 does not control how such external programmes are delivered, assessed, or certified by third-party providers.

All trademarks, copyrights, certifications, and intellectual property rights remain with the original content creators, institutions, and platforms. Results will be published on the platform when released by organizers. Once published, eligible participants may view their outcomes in the Results section and download certificates where applicable. Availability of results and certificates depends on festival timelines and organizer settings.

Certificates issued through the Festival are subject to participation requirements, eligibility criteria, submission completeness, and successful completion of applicable activities.

Participants are expected to:
